At Fut Latino, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably whether you're located in Europe, the United States, Canada, or Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing.

After your order ships, average delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 5 to 12 business days
  • United States: 5 to 11 business days
  • Canada: 6 to 10 business days
  • Australia: 7 to 12 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require an additional business day for shipping.

Temporary World Cup Delivery Notice
For orders placed between May 1, 2026 and August 1, 2026, due to the high demand during the World Cup season, delivery and tracking updates may take longer than usual.

During this high-demand period, some orders may receive updated or replacement tracking numbers before final delivery. If this happens, the order will continue to be monitored using the most recent official tracking information.

If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from the purchase date, you may contact us to request a full refund or reshipment, as long as the official tracking information shows no recent movement or no clear delivery progress.

This protection applies only to orders that remain undelivered and have tracking that is missing, inactive, or clearly stalled.

Orders with tracking showing recent movement, customs clearance, arrival in the destination country, handoff to the local carrier, out-for-delivery status, or delivery attempt are not eligible until the tracking becomes inactive or the delivery issue is confirmed.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible under this non-delivery guarantee.

We offer free shipping to customers in Europe and the United States with no minimum purchase required.

For Canada and Australia, discounted or free shipping may apply depending on your region.

We proudly serve customers in Europe, the U.S., Canada, and Australia. If you're located outside these areas, we'll reach out personally with available shipping options.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Some carriers may take 2 to 6 business days to update tracking information.

Please always use the most recent official tracking number provided for your order.

Multiple Parcel Deliveries
Depending on the size or quantity of your order, items may arrive in separate packages. This will not affect delivery times or shipping fees.
