Return Window - Manufacturing Defects Only
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return only if the item has a manufacturing defect, arrived damaged, or is incorrect.

Temporary World Cup Delivery Guarantee
For orders placed between May 1, 2026 and August 1, 2026, due to the high demand during the World Cup season, we are offering an extra delivery protection policy.

If your order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from the purchase date, you may contact us to request a full refund or reshipment, as long as the official tracking information shows no recent movement or no clear delivery progress.

This guarantee applies only to orders that remain undelivered and have tracking that is missing, inactive, or clearly stalled.

Orders with tracking showing recent movement, customs clearance, arrival in the destination country, handoff to the local carrier, out-for-delivery status, or delivery attempt are not eligible until the tracking becomes inactive or the delivery issue is confirmed.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible under this non-delivery guarantee.

During this high-demand period, some orders may receive updated or replacement tracking numbers before final delivery. If this happens, the order will continue to be monitored using the most recent official tracking information.

Once an order has been delivered, the sale is final except for approved manufacturing defects or incorrect/damaged items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargeback-based claims after delivery for change of mind, team or match results, event outcomes, delivery timing after the package has arrived, sizing/fit issues, or any other personal preference reason.

To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item. If your return is approved, we'll send you return instructions via email.

Items sent back without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

Important Regarding Sizing
All our products are made to order, and we provide detailed size guides to help you choose the correct fit.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sizing or fit issues. Please make sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve approved cases with a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items delivered without a manufacturing defect or approved incorrect/damaged item claim
  • Custom or made-to-order items, except approved manufacturing defect cases
  • Items with sizing or fit issues
  • Items returned because of change of mind, team or match results, event outcomes, or delivery timing after arrival
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
